What do you love most about your job?
Food makes the world go round! I love the intricate relationship we have with food. How it is part of our lives socially, culturally, emotionally, and the joy it brings. Food is fuel, but it so much more, and I love exploring this with this with clients!
Area of interest
Chronic disease – especially diabetes, menopause, cystic fibrosis, disordered eating, nutrition for everyday athletes, and shift worker nutrition support to name a few
Your top tip
Fruit is nature’s readymade snack- and so easy to sneak into your day!
People would be surprised if they knew…
Dietitians never recommend rabbit food, unless you are a rabbit! My favourite foods are pizza and chocolate – marvellous creations jelly popping candy (yes, I can be bribed!!)
