I’m a mum of one beautiful daughter and own two cats. My husband and I live locally at Thrumster and try to spend our free time exploring our local region. We love finding new places for our walks. I grew up in Kempsey and then moved to Tamworth to finish my HSC. After that I lived in Lismore while I completed my undergraduate study at Southern Cross University. Once finished my degree I moved to Port Macquarie to be with my family (we’re quite close). After a break, I then completed my Masters at Charles Sturt University.

Your top tip
To make exercise work for you, you have to enjoy it! Make sure you include physical activity that ticks that box for you.
