Meet the team

Bridget Croucher

Exercise Physiologist

Bridget graduated with a Bachelor in Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales in early 2020. She lived and worked in Dubbo for a few years before making the move to the Mid North Coast late 2022 seeking the next adventure. She spends most weekends tripping down the coast and inland visiting family and friends.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people achieve the things most take for granted. I love seeing the positive impact reaching even the smallest goal can have on someone’s day to day life.

Areas of interest?

Your top tip

People would be surprised if they knew…
