BreakThrough Pain Program: Chronic Pain Support That Helps You Move Forward

Understand persistent pain, build confidence, and start doing more of what matters.

There is a way forward with persistent pain

Living with persistent or chronic pain can affect your sleep, work, relationships, mood, and confidence. If you have tried treatment after treatment without lasting change, you are not alone — and you have not failed.

The BreakThrough Pain Program helps you understand why pain continues and gives you practical tools to manage flare-ups, move safely, and rebuild your daily life.

This is not about pushing through pain. It is about learning what is happening, what you can do, and how to move forward with support.

Is this chronic pain program right for you?

This program may suit you if you:

\

Live with persistent or chronic pain

\

Feel pain is limiting your work, sleep, movement, or relationships

\

Avoid activities because you are worried about making pain worse

\

Feel stuck relying on treatments that only help short term

\

Want a practical pain management plan built around your goals

How the BreakThrough Pain Program works

The program is built around three clear stages: assessment, education, and ongoing support.

Start with a personalised assessment

We take time to understand your pain history, goals, current supports, and what has been getting in the way.

Join the group education program

Across four interactive days, in person or online, you will learn how pain works and practise strategies for movement, pacing, flare-ups, mindfulness, sleep, and wellbeing.

Build your personal pain management plan

After the group program, you will continue with guided support over 8–12 weeks so you can apply what you have learned in real life.

What you will learn

You will leave with practical pain management strategies you can use straight away.

  • Why persistent pain happens and how the nervous system is involved
  • How to move safely and rebuild confidence
  • How thoughts, emotions, sleep, and stress can affect pain
  • How to pace activity and manage flare-ups
  • How to set meaningful goals and return to valued activities
  • How lifestyle factors like nutrition, sleep, and overall wellbeing can affect your pain and what to do

Sessions are interactive, supportive, and discussion-based — not lectures.
