Micheal Robinson

Principal Physiotherapist

Micheal is a Kiwi, from a small country town in the North Island. He studied Physiotherapy at Otago University in Dunedin before moving to Port Macquarie after graduating. Micheal and his wife love the lifestyle of the Mid North Coast and are raising their two young sons here.

What do you love most about your job?

The problem solving of diagnosis and treatment development, every interaction requires out of the box thinking and collaboration with clients. I am currently studying my Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Areas of interest?

I am particularly interested in working with work related injury and athletes

Your top tip

My top tip for any patient is to learn to embrace discomfort, it is where the most growth and change occurs whether physically or psychologically.

People would be surprised if they knew…

I have a quiet passion for home-cooking and my favourite family memories are usually with my children in the kitchen.
