Lulu was born and raised on the Central Coast. She has always been active and regularly participated in team sports, which led her to getting a Bachelors of Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Newcastle.
Shortly after she completed her degree, Lulu, her husband and their black Labrador, Indy, moved up to Coffs Harbour to help set up a Church.
Lulu worked in gyms while studying her Masters of Exercise Physiology. After completing her degree, Lulu has now joined the admin and clinical team as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Lulu loves hanging out with friends and her dogs, whilst enjoying all the Mid North Coast has to offer.

I love seeing how much it can positively impact people’s lives and tailoring exercises to help people enjoy moving their body, whilst reaping all the benefits this “magic pill” has to offer.
Areas of interest?
I really enjoy post-operation rehabilitation (in particular, total knee replacements) and osteoporosis.
