Meet the team

Mitch Robinson

Exercise Physiologist

Mitch is a proud Queenslander who studied at the University of Queensland in Brisbane before beginning his career in Port Macquarie. He has recently returned with his partner and son from a 2-year stint back in Brisbane, working at the  Queensland Sports Medicine Centre where he was able to pursue his interest in sports rehabilitation and performance.

What do you love most about your job?

Being able to play a role in the journey of someone’s athletic endeavours. Whether that’s creating a plan for how to return to activity or whether that’s finding a way to improve their performance.

Your top tip

The best advice I could give any client is to remember that everyone is running their
own race and to focus on your next step, not the end goal.

People would be surprised if they knew…

I’m a lawn fanatic and get way too invested in how good my edges look.
